Executive sedan can comfortably hold 3 passenger and 3 pieces of luggage. 50 miles radius from DC will be flat rates. Over 50 mile trips will be charged $3.5/mile ++ Call (703)618-8712.

 

 

Luxury SUV Service Rates:

SUV can hold up to 6 passengers and 5 pieces of luggage,
50 miles radius from DC will be flat rates. Over 50 mile trips will be charged $6.00/mile ++.

Airport Pickup Procedures

DCA SEDAN SERVICE MUST comply with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, we have established the following pick up procedures:

 

 

BWI & Dulles Airport

Our driver will meet you the baggage claim area with your name sign. If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, call us 24/7  @ 703-618-8712.

 

 

National Airport

Our driver will meet you on the lower level at the outside lower level curbside lane with a name sign on passenger side window. You MUST call us before coming out of terminal @ 703-618-8712.

 

 

International Travelers

Our driver will meet you outside customs with a name sign. If you do not see your drivers at the designated baggage area or meeting place,
call us 24/7 @ 703-618-8712

 

 

 Union Station

Our driver will meet you at the 3rd curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window.
You MUST call us before coming out of terminal @703-618-8712.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

Please let us know by email: syed@dca-sedan.com or by calling us @ 703-618-8712. If any changes in your reservation please update -24hours prior to dispatch so we can modify your reservation. Cancelation must be inform 48-hours prior to the reservation time. (Only apply for SEDAN and SUV’s)
